We recently upgraded the ITA to 9.4.2 and migrated existing data from previous version. We had an import DB that is used to upload our cabling data into the ITA isxo. The upgraded went smoothly and we are able to upload data into the import DB, However the data in the import DB is not synchronised to the isxo database.
We tried to configure the existing import DB using the Web Client but stuck on the Transformation tab (previously this is optional and we don't need to perform any transformation). We also get an error message that the changes may not be saved.... try reloading the pages. Any suggestion how we can overcome this problem and get the synchronisation working.

Hi Daryl,
Just sharing a short update here that we managed to resolve the issue couple of weeks ago. As you know, issue was basically caused by Mailjobs that needed to be cleared manually from the database.
Kind regards,
Jef
