Without seeing log files, my guess would be the ITA software did not install or complete installation.
I assume the server meets minimum installation requirements? like at least 4 cpu's, 16GB of memory, 100GB disk space? It is installed on a VM?
If you are planning to share log files I'd strongly suggest you do so via support@ecostruxureit.com as this forum does not provide privacy for log information.

Hello Mike, this inquiry may actually be better services through the support@ecostruxureit.com email if more information is required to debug this problem.
1. Are you using local or AD/LDAP based user accounts for login?
2. Does webmin state the ITA application is running in the status view?

No application and database entries, just web?
So your status screen does not look like this?
