ITA 9.2.3 - Webmin: System Information not responding

ITA 9.2.3 - Webmin: System Information not responding

Hi All

 

I have recently installed ITA v9.2.3, the Server is running normally however when I log into the Webmin, when I click on System Information, it loads continuously but does not show anything. All Services under ITA - Status are Running.

 

Anyone knows what could be causing this?

Hi Tafadzwa,

 

It doesn't seem to be a known issue, but I guess it might be browser related (using latest Chrome with cleared browser cache could be tried out). Or it might be network related, eg. server having access to the Internet but for some reason (such as local policies, routing, etc.) unable to get Webmin related info/recommendations (such as OS and Webmin version update info).

 

PS: OS in latest versions of ITA (9.3.x) changed to Rocky Linux, just in case if you wish/plan to upgrade your product.
