Dear Community,
I have a few questions regarding tenant login in web client:
1. Is the floor layout is meant to show in in whole? Compare to the previous version of Colo feature where tenant get to see their own cage layout only?
* The squared location is the tenant's cage.

Hi TJ,
That's correct in latest version(s) of ITA, tenant may access the area/equipment based on permissions but may also see the reset of the 'greyed out' floor area (with no info/details).
Kind regards,
Jef

Hi Jones,
Going forward please open a new 'case' when posting a question.
If the data needs to be downloaded from the Internet (such as installation files for ITA), then you would need to use a laptop or workstation that has Internet access. Download the file(s) and then transfer to a storage driver and then make it available in your closed network environment.
Currently the installation file(s) for ITA (including the latest 9.2.0 release) available as:
offline installer (such as EcoStruxureITAdvisor9.2.0-offline.iso)
and online installer (such as EcoStruxureITAdvisor9.2.0.iso)
So, if there is no Internet access during the installation then use the offline installer.

Hi Jef,
Thanks for the clarification. Another question is that, are we able to set "customer" properties for space/room TH sensors? The tenant wishes to view the space/room sensors under their cage. I understand tenants are able to view the TH sensors installed inside the racks.

TJ

Hi TJ,
You are very welcome. That's correct, tenant can view the associated temperature/humidity sensors, but we cannot set custom properties on them. In general, custom properties can be defined/set on ITA models (and not on the external systems items such as T/H sensors).
Kind regards,
Jef
