Hi,
We have recently deployed a 'test' version of ITA 9.0.5 to run alongside our current 'live' DCO 8.3.2 in advance of a permanent switch in the coming days/weeks and have noticed a few bugs upon initial deployment.
Web 3D View: Various genomes missing completely - eg. gas bottles, person, PDU/power panels and some servers.
Web 3D View: Some compute genomes have incorrect designs and U sizes - eg. a 2U device may shown as 6U within the 3D view and also be phasing through the rack roof.
Web 3D View: The floor tiles and windows are not accurate - the floor grid does not match the client layout.
Webmin Error: "It seems the server was installed in the future. Please verify the server time is correct and reinstall the server." - this was carried out but did not resolve.
Client: The downloadable client from the 9.0.5 install is actually 9.0.4 - not sure if this is an issue or error.
Can you please advise of any of these issues are known (I couldn't find any info on here) and if there are any known fixes coming soon?
Thank you.

Hello Mark.
You may get an additional response from dev or product management but I can add the following comments based on what I know to date from a customer experience standpoint.
The 3D view will continue in the web client will continue to be improved during subsequent ITA releases. There are some known issues with the scaling of some objects (where they look larger than they should or they are deeper than they should be). The genome coverage will also improve with subsequent releases. Our release process for ITA is expected to be more regular than DCO releases, so updates to items like the 3D view, search and so on will be a bit more granular ... so rather than waiting six months for the next ITA release its more likely you'll see some improvements in one to two months.
I have logged bugs/jira's for a few web 3d client issues including the floor tile comment you mentioned above.
The webmin error is present in more than just ITA releases. We are also seeing the message on other releases. So far the message is information and may in fact be a false message ... from what I have heard so far there are no ill side effects to the application.
The desktop client released does appear to the be 9.0.4 desktop client. The desktop has auto-update capabilities and will adapt to the server version its connected to so that desktop client will work with 9.0.4 and 9.0.5 ITA servers. There are cases where the DCO desktop client will work with other DCO server versions as well. There are cases where auto-update is not possible, in those cases an updated client is included with the release.
Regards
Greg Sterling

We also see the same and had already reported the issue regarding the tile grid.
