Hello,
We are using ITA 9.0.6 version. When We look 3D view we are seeing right images. But when we look fom Web Client 2D maps is ok. but 3 Maps views are looks diffrent. Did you see this before. I will try to update ITA Server.

There are some known differences between the 3D view in the desktop client vs the 3D view in the web client as it pertains to how the web client 3D renders some assets and asset types.
However I wouldn't expect to see walls render in the manner you're showing in the attached screenshots.
There have been updates to the 3D view in the web client since ITA 9.0.6 which is a bit old from a release standpoint now (current release is 9.1.8). Is your customer allowed to share a backup file so we can see if this problem has been fixed in the current ITA releases?
If we can prove this problem still exists we can open an engineering ticket for investigation.
Also, if the customer is willing to share a backup file, please do not attach it to this ticket for privacy reasons. We can send you a box link or other method to share the file.
Let us know if that is an option.

I just install Ita 9.1.8 for testing the issue still continues. I thing we need investigation. I added screenshot again.
