Hi team,
we have a problem since 2 weeks ago in a customer. We do not receive any information in IT Advisor 9.2.2 from IT Optimize server Version 7.5.6.0.999
We have tried to reset the ITO Server but nothing changes. Looking for errors in this server we saw a problem with the Prostgress SQL.
I have attached some pictures of the problem that we have in the different systems:

Hello Javier
I would first suggest you update the ITA server to ITA 7.5.9 as newer ITA releases won't communicate to ITA 7.5.6 due to SSL connection issues.
On the ITO server side I would suggest trying to reboot the server to see if the database problem self resolves, but upgrading ITO will also reboot the ITO services and it should update the DCM instance which is the instance the error you pasted belongs to.
If you do plan to update ITO, please reboot the ITO server first so there's a better chance all the proper services are running prior to the ITO upgrade running.

Hi,
the customer has upgraded the IT Optimize server to the latest version and the problem has not been resolved. Every minute IT Optimize server has errors into the database.
What can we do?

Are you able to share a backup of the ITO database so we can see if it can be "fixed"?
