Hi,
When I try to collect data from HP C7000 enclosure and blades via SNMP or IPMI, I can see information about enclosure's power consumption only. As shown below, there are no data about CPU utilization and temperature available, DCO log is empty.
Onboard Administrator version - 4.50
iLO4 version - 2.40

Hi local,
I think you might be able to see the "Inlet Temperature" in the 'Cooling overlay', (ITO discoveries currently do not populate the temperature history in the tool-tip)
And to see the "CPU Utilization" at the balde level, the individual blades will need to be discovered by using an OS based protocol like WMI (for Windows based systems), VMware (for VMware ESX servers and their guests) or SSH (for Linux and Unix servers).

Hi local, I cannot say why, but as far as I know the IPMI protocol currently does not return CPU utilization information, but it can return avg and peak power and server inlet temperature information (assuming that the server/blades management card supports that). Kind regards

Jef is correct in that IPMI protocol returns direct power and server inlet temp data today. We have open feature requests to expand the IPMI based data to include more information including CPU utilization. The only method to capture CPU data from the blades would be to use an OS based protocol like WMI, SSH, or VMware. ITO does not collect CPU data at the chassis level. CPU data is collected at the individual host or blade level ... as mentioned you'll need to use a OS based protocol to complete this task today. WMI for windows hosts, SSH (and SNMP) for linux hosts, and VMware for ESX servers. Regards Greg Sterling
