Need Help
How does ITO get information from servers, does it install a client on each server being monitored, or it sends some commands to which the servers will respond.
I also need to know, how much additional resources are required on the monitored servers i.e. Memory and processor, will ITO not overload the servers being monitored.
Please help; Thanks in advance

Hi James,
No we don't install a client on each server. IT Optimize will log in to a server the first time to read data about the CPU, Memory, storage and etc. Afterwards will the servers only be polled.
The load of of a server being polled is very low. You can see more detailed information about the IT Optimize discovering and polling here
More general information about IT Optimize can be seen here
Thanks
Jesper
