Hi,
after update my DCO 7.4 I have problem with ITO, through External system configuration in asset I can't add ITO server. Before update server worked but new ITO 7.4 doesn't communicate.
Server is running on vmware client 2008R2, port 8090 is activate and server is logon as service, localhost:8090 doesn't work but all services is running. Can you tell me what changes has ITO 7.4, what ports I have to enable or what rules/services server needs?
Thank you

HI David,
Sounds like the service is started but not running properly. Since you cannot log into the server interface at port 8090 something is not running as expected or blocked by e.g. firewall.
You can have a look on the following 2 pages that is specifying ports etc that should be open as well as the hardware/specific requirements for the server
StruxureWare Data Center: IT Optimize security
StruxureWare Data Center IT Optimize Server Requirements
If none of the above works the next step would be to send log files from the server our way.
Please gather the following log files from ITO
C:\Program Files\SchneiderElectric\ITOptimize\EnergyCenterService.log
C:\Program Files\SchneiderElectric\ITOptimize\conf\install-
C:\Program Files\SchneiderElectric\ITOptimize\mysql\mysqld.err

Port 8090 (TCP) is enable and firewall should not be blocked. Last version works fine.
