IT Expert not working this morning
Hello Team,
Our team is having issues connecting to ITE this morning. Is there an issue with the cloud today? If we connect, all our nodes have the message stating no updates, yellow in color. Most of us just get a white screen. Is anyone having this issue? Has anyone experienced this before? What are some solutions to try? Thanks!
I am hoping that your issue is resolved by now, if not I recommend contacting technical support for assistance.
Your issue may have been related to an incident that occurred on August 19-20th around measurement processing delays, which could have led to data older than 20 minutes old messaging in the ITE interface. This issue was already resolved and details can be found on the EcoStruxure IT Status page.
