I want to rename a port of a patch panel in the ITA, I have, for example, 4 cassettes, 3 of them let me rename it but it doesn't let me rename one, number 4, and it says "Communication with the server has been lost. Please try again or contact your system administrator"

Hello, very kind, thank you.
I managed to solve it, creating a new network port, then relocating each cable there. And the error stopped occurring.
By doing this you can delete or edit the cables and network ports in that patch panel.

Hello Jonathan, are you able to provide the log files from your ITA desktop client? They can be collected when the ITA desktop client is running in the help menu, choose download client log files.
They are not typically large.
Regards
Greg Sterling
