IMP219-IERI Pelco Cameras

Hi Team,

Kindly advise if IMP219-IERI pelco camera has been tested with Netbotz 570.

I need a 2MPx dome camera and from what I see in the list of tested pelco cameras I cannot see any 2MPx dome camera.

I also need to know if I can channel all my pelco issues on this platform, if not please advise on the alternative.

Hi Felix,

Unfortunately, the only tested Pelco cameras are the ones listed on KBase FA158450.  Engineering are in the process of testing new Pelco models with our Botzware, but i do not have a list of the models there are currently testing. The KBase will be updated with the new versions once testing is complete. 

You can channel your Pelco issues through your local tech support team and they will be able to escalate any issues/queries you have if necessary.
