As far as I know, unfortunately this is not possible in the current version of DCE-7.x.

I can only recommend you to use the Feature requests option here on the EcoStruxure IT. And it is possible in the future version of DCE-8.x this feature will be implemented.

Hi Guanyc,

In order for a user to be able to access the alarm configuration for a device or group, that user must have administrative access to that group. Anything less and the alarm configuration tab will not be visible. As spezialist suggested, you can add an enhancement request however it is unlikely such a feature will make it into the 7.x application.
