Hello,
Is there a way to see the users that have been "deactivated," and is there a way to "reactivate" them in the portal?
Thanks

Hi Ryen,
Yes, it is possible to activate an existing deactivated user in Portal, here is how it can be done,
Log in to your Portal, and "Go to" > "Control Panel".
And then as illustrated go to "Users and Organizations" (arrow 1), and search for users in "Advanced" mode (arrow 2)
In the search fields, enter at least one search key (such as Screen Name in my illustration), and select "Inactive" from the Status drop-down list (arrow 3), and then push the "Search".
The deactivated user will be displayed as a search result. To activate the inactive user, select the "Activate" option from the Actions drop-down list (arrow 4).
It seems the currently supported option would be to search for "one" user at a time.
Hope this helps
Kind regards
