I discovered after comparing the KWH value of DCO and KWH value of DCE of a particular rack and time are greatly different.

Thanks for the idea, Please see the attached as requested. The file name (DCE) PDF AB Module 4 line 3 is the KWH obtained using DCE while (DCO) Module 4 line 3 was the KWH obtained using DCO.

Apparently your rack pdu power info is not being reported correctly to DCO. It has been a known issue that some rack pdu's power bank info is not being reported correctly to DCO. For detail description please see the following page:
