Hi Team,
I have an account at app.ecostruxureit.com. I know my username and password but when trying to sign in it is sending a code to a phone number I am unfamiliar with. How can I either have this number changed or have my account removed so that I may set up another one with the correct details?

If you do not have your recovery code saved from when you created your account, or any other administrators in your account, submit a ticket to technical support: https://app.ecostruxureit.com/request/
