Missing Temperature History reports on DCE Web Interface

Dear all

Since some time, I miss the history reports when accessing the EcoStuxure DCE (Version 8.3.0.91). The history is available when I am using the client installation, therefore it is not a storage problem. Strange is that the history for the humidity I can see and access, but not for temperature, fan speed or valve position. I tried with a different browser, same result. Within the client, I am logged in with the same user as via web browser. I also reloaded the DCE server.

Any idea why this happen? The history was available in the past, but I cannot tell since when it is no longer there (as I said, it is missing via web interface, but is available on the client).

Many thanks

Markus

Hi @markus.albisser ,

I see that you tried other browsers but have you tested this with other users?

Specifically, is the user seeing this a AD/LDAP user, a local user, a local admin?

I can tell you that LDAP users have known issues with the DCE web page in 8.3. DCE 9 has a lot of changes to things like licensing but also fixes issues with LDAP users. If you want to learn more about 9.0, I suggest contacting your local support.

I'm also curious as to the history your talking about. Is this just the graph next to the sensor? If you click on the graph, does it show differently?

Is this a widget specifically for the sensor?

Thanks,

Steve

Hi @APC_Steve

Many thanks for your feedback. And yes indeed, I tested it with other users. I also created a new local user (btw, the user I am testing is also local and no AD user), it remains the same.

With the history I mean the "Export to CSV" button on the top right corner. When I download the CSV, all the data is there, therefore for me it seems not to be an access issue. I opened a case already with tech support, they asked to export the logs, waiting for their feedback.

Thank you

Markus
