When warning, The DCE can record video at the same time.
Now customer wants to get all of videos. But I find DCE just can get video ,one by one.
Can you have a good way to get all of videoes, quickly ?

Hi Yonker,
Sorry but there is no option to download all the images at once. They must be retrieved individually.

Are you referring to video clips or pictures? If your StruxureWare server is using a Windows shared folder (CIFS) for storage of the video clips, there is a way to copy all the video clip files to another folder, external drive, etc. You just need to browse the CIFS / Windows shared folder and find them, or do a search

The customer need the video clips. Now AP9465 don't use the Windows shared folder (CIFS) for storage of the video clips. I use another way ,that I back up all of the data in the DCE now. But ,how can I find the video clips ?

Are you doing a backup to a Windows shared folder? The video clips will be saved into the Windows shared folder. Unfortunately I can't tell what video format those files are in. I can't seem to open them with QuickTime player, Windows Media Player, or anything else. But I think they are the video clips, there are many files that are large (more than 20MB or 30MB in size) they are stored in the SURV folder
