In DCO, logs are available in Help>Download log files. Note, that the download may take 5-10 minutes to complete.
If the server is not running, you can access the server log files through the Webmin server management interface (StruxureWare DC Operation>Download Log Files>Download log files).
Note: In a clustered environment, you must log on to each node and get the log files.

Additionally, if the server is not running, you can collect client log files from the StruxureWare Data Center Operation installation folder, default location:
Windows 7: C:\Users\[Username]\.isxo\[Version]\Operations\application.log,
Mac: ~/.isxo.
