How to customize user interface

HI,
Recently our customers have put forward some demand,
Want to customize the DCO, DCE interface theme style.

1, how web Dco default language is Chinese
2, custom Login web title
3, custom web DCO themes and backgrounds.
4, change some text translation
5, in the WEB DCO, add gadget, such as PUE, power consumption history, DCE temperature, humidity and so on.

Although it is now mostly on the Web, but do not rule out the possibility of the client also need

I can only answer few of your questions:

1) DCO web client uses web browser "Preferred language" on the first login. If this is not set, it would default to English.
If you are creating user via REAT API you could specify user's language when the user account is created.

3)  Read this page: Customizing web branding

4) Normally altering of the user interface messages is not supported. Do you think that Chinese translation is not good enough?
