I would like to change the default super user password for the apc user from DCE.

Hi Daniel,
Either right click the device or go to the device menu and choose APC SNMP Device Configuration.
You will get the following screen where you can choose regular config or if using 6.x or higher, a different option for user config:
Please note that if you're mass configuring you need to configure 3.x, 5.x etc. vs 6.x devices separately. Since you noted superuser, I'll assume you're on 6.x.
After you choose the device(s), you can add/remove/edit users:
Please note that you must know the user information before any modification of users other than the superuser. This screen will not show you any user information on the devices. As you can see on the previous screenshot however, there is an option to modify the superuser which brings you to the following screen:
