When you create the email alert action, select locale for the email.
e.g EN_GB
Creating a send e-mail alert action
In the Basic tab, click Add..., enter E-mail Addresses to which the alert notification is to be sent, select the language and territory using the Locales drop-down list, then click OK.

Hi Christopherus Laurentius,
Hope you are fine and doing well. Here is problem still facing
Netbotz Rack monitor’s Sensors notification Alert by email are not configuring in Centigrade. (as already setup Netbotz from DCE alarm actions : Manage Alarm Action -> Edit -> Locale (changed to English US & English Metric) Sensor graph has changed to Centigrade but still sensor value is showing in Fahrenheit) .

Same as above, but do it under netbotz' alert action, not DCE.
