How to add new receptacle types to DCO?

Are we able to customize the Receptacle Type drop down list? One of my users is asking the following...

Can you add Hubbell 560C9W type receptacle to the struxtureware database?  There is a 560C7W listed but no 560C9W and we have a client with several of these circuits.

There is a webservice where you can add and remove receptacle types, it is available here:

http://:8080/isxo/core/model/ReceptacleTypesWebService?wsdl

And here is an example request that adds a new receptacle (you have to use basic authentication):

http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:rec="http://www.schneider-electric.com/ws/ReceptacleTypes">

New Receptacle Description

New Receptacle Name




?

?

The new entry will look something like this: "New Receptacle Name (New Receptacle Type)".
