How to add a customer in DCO Co-Lo without CRM?

What if this it is not an option? We can not use customers in Co-Lo?

Manually adding/removing customers can be done through web services that is described here: https://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/public/DCIMDEVELOPER/Customer+Web+Service

The description (3rd line in your screen capture) contains the link as well, it says see " Customer Web Service ".

For DCO 8.x, you might want to use the Customer REST web service ("POST / Customer" option is to add customer). As Kresten mentioned, the documentation is available here: https://dcimsupport.apc.com/DCOAPIdoc/

You can access the REST web service api by typing in the following URL:

https:///api/current/docs/index.html

Where is the name or ip address of your server.
