Hi,
I've recently set up a NetBotz 750 and two camera pods attached to it. I've tried adding it into DCE in the same way as my other NetBotz devices, however it wont add? The discovery just runs and the device doesn't appear?
Is the procedure different for adding the new device in?
Thanks
Matt

I had the same problem and had to reach out to support. Below worked for me.
Also it might be worth updating the netbotz firmware. Good luck!
Issue:
You cannot use the Netbotz Web UI password to download the essential Device Definition (DDF) file for the Rack Monitor 750 in StruxureWare Data Center Expert (DCE).
Product Line:
NetBotz
StruxureWare Data Center Expert
Environment:
NetBotz 5.x
NetBotx 750
StruxureWare Data Center Expert 7.6 and higher
Cause:
You must use the Netbotz Root account user name and password to download the Essential Alerts Device Definition File (DDF) for the Rack Monitor 750. The Essential Alerts DDF is a secondary DDF used by DCE that defines the pre-configured alarms for which DCE will alert.
Resolution:
Use the Netbotz Root account user name and password to download the DDF. The default user name is root. You set the password on first use.
Please refer to the Netbotz Installation Manual on page 13 that details the 'Types of User Account'
https://www.apc.com/salestools/HLAE-AUPJSL/HLAE-AUPJSL_R3_EN.pdf
NOTE: You must enable and configure SNMP on the Netbotz before DCE can discover the appliance. See page 37 in the User Guide for instructions https://www.apc.com/salestools/HLAE-AUVRS9/HLAE-AUVRS9_R2_EN.pdf
Finally, I can see from the Netbotz product page that the current DDF version is v4.0.0

Hi Matt,
the 750 is added to DCE as an SNMP device.
Jakub’s suggestion as also important.
Please note that until BotzWare 5.2 and DCE 7.7, the cameras are not yet supported.

Hi Miguel,
i have no firm dates at this time. I know it was planned to be July but that can still change so I don’t want to give you something specific.
