How do I move only surveillance license packs from a DCE virtual appliance to another DCE virtual one?

Good day!

It is best to contact your local technical support for that request. Before contacting technical support, it is best to verify and confirm the following:

• Valid software support contract for the DCE

• DCE MAC address and Serial Number

• Surveillance Passcode
  
  

This is for us to pull up your account and work on your request to move the surveillance license.

Just a side note, the single surveillance license that comes by default with the server is not transferable.
