How do I export physical and virtual hosts from the equipment table? I managed to do it 8 months ago but did not write down what I did and now I am not getting the virtual hosts that reside on the physical blade hosts.
?

Hi Marilyn,
You might want to try Show Discovered Devices (1):
and use Filter on Parent Systems (to filter out the other external systems) (2):
and then Export Table (3):
Kind regards

Yes I have been doing that but what is not happening this time is that our "Virtual Machines and templates" field is not populating with the virtual vm hosts residing on physical vm servers.
Could discovered devices not be working properly or some "job" between virtual center and the stux host?
I am getting a few virtual vm hosts in discovery but not the parent system and significantly short of the whole list.

I tried reboot in case a service was not working. I get a list of 1000 devices in discovery, but it includes many items I don't want. I don't see a field to exclude like you can in the equipment browser. I also only want to add the virtual vm hosts to the equipment browser export and I am beginning to think I did the merge myself from two different exported tables.
Can I get the virtual to show up in the equipment browser for export with the physicals?
