How do I change NetBotz temperature readings to degrees celsius

Dear Team,

How do I change the NetBotz temperature reading from fahrenheit to degrees celsius on the browser and email alerts of NetBotz Rack Monitor 450. I have unsuccessfully tried to change the locales on the NetBotz.

Regards,

Felix Angwenyi

Hi Felix,

What is shown in e-mails from the NetBotz appliance is based on the NetBotz regional settings. The scale which is shown in either the basic view (web) or advanced view software is based upon your local computer's regional settings.  You will need to change the Region icon in Advanced View to reflect your region. You will also need to ensure that the correct time zone is selected on the PC that is running Advanced View and also the correct regional settings is configured on the PC running Advanced View.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

B

HI,

We recently upgraded our NetBotz 450 to 4.5.2 (Build: 20160602_1247) and now there is no way to change temperature readings to Celsius (email, sms, and web). No matter what the Regional settings are on the workstation, NetBotz always use Fahrenheit degrees.

Is there a way to change that?

Thanks,

Hi, Kindly check if you've changed the NetBotz locale using the Configuration wizard or on the configuration pane to United Kingdom or your own locale that's if you use the metric system. Regards, Felix.

Thanks, Felix. Regional settings are OK in both NetBotz and workstation. After a restart, we managed to have Celsius in SMS and emails. But we still didn't in web and Advance View app.
