Can I get the information from the devices into ITA cloud only having the IT-gateways (without IT Expert)?

No you cannot, ITA (cloud) can get the data from the integrated ITE and not directly from a gateway.

So at this customer we will need DCE (including Gateway) and Gateway NUC+ITA in parallel monitoring the same devices. How will IT Asset advisor react when it sees most of the devices twice?

The discovery of the devices (send to cloud) they are based on unified ID, and not tied to DCE or Gateway, so not expecting to see the devices twice.
