Hi team
One of our local Power FSR's is looking to download the firmware for a Galaxy 5500 with an external AP9635 NMC. It is currently on 5.1.

Dear Jim,
Schneider Electric's Certified Galaxy 5500 UPS FSRs should have an access to Service View of the ITD three phase products. The AP9635 firmware is available to be downloaded for Galaxy 5500 from Service View. In case if he is not having an access, please have him to contact the regional technical support as they will be able to share the NMC firmware for this unit.
Regards,
Bala
