Can the AP9660 expansion chassis be used on the SMX1500RMI2U.
I know it works on the small SURT with the DB9 serial port.
The AP9600 has a DB9 connector on it but the UPS has the RJ45 serial port. If I use the AP940-0625A cable between the UPS and AP9600. Will it work?
Customer wants to run 1x AP9630 NMC (for DCE and PCNS) and 1x AP9613 dry contact card from the UPS.
Would the AP9613 be installed in the UPS and the AP9630 installed in the AP9600?
Would the AP9600 need an additional PSU or does it run from the serial port?
Regards

How about using ap9631 and the dry contact add on ap9810?
That way you can achieve both with 1 card.

I did look at that - the customer wants at least 3 dry contacts, ideally 4.
Thanks for the suggestion though!

Hi Garry,
I see it wasn't specifically stated but no, the AP9600 can't be used with that type UPS.
