Hi Kees,
The DDF for this device was updated to fix an integration issue. The data type was changed which seems like it created new sensors, but left behind the old ones. You should be able to right click on the unplugged sensors and delete them, then right click on the device and request a device scan to repopulate with the new ones. Let us know if this works for you.
Thanks,
Jake

Hi Jake,
I had to remove the ddf file first, then delete the unplugged sensors, then install the ddf file again.
I now have values again, only.... I don't know if they are right:
I would think the apparent power should be in kVA, not VA?
Do you have any comment on that?
Thanks, Kees.

Hi Kees,
The corrected DDF is now available for download at https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com/. In the search, type "sentron", then click Files to Download. Note, that the version number didn't get changed, so you will have to first delete the old DDF before importing the new one. If you have any trouble, the best way to report it is from that same DDF download page. Click on the "request" button at the bottom after searching, and fill out the form.
Thanks,
Jake
