After I upgraded the firmware of netbotz750 from 5.0.9 to 5.1.0, I found that the web could not be accessed and was prompted with HTTP ERROR 503.

Hello shenwei,
After upgrading to 5.1.0 from 5.0.1 (I am not aware of any version 5.0.9) you must reset the appliance and manually reconfigure it as noted in the 5.1.0 release notes here:
Thanks,
Steve.

I can't reset the appliance as manual because I can't open the web UI.Can it be reset via SSH,or is there any other way?
In fact, after the upgrade, I was able to access the web UI normally at first, but the superuser account could not log on the web UI, and the password was not correct. But I'm pretty sure I entered the correct username and password. But then I couldn't access the web UI anymore, and I'm not sure if it was locked because I tried too many times?

Hello shenwei,
Too many bad passwords should not cause the system to go totally off-line. Perhaps a reboot (physically disconnect power and reconnect) may help. You don't need to necessarily access the web page to input the command
If you've done this and it has worked, you will need to manually reconfigure the NetBotz appliance with a serial connection as you did the initial configuration.
Thanks,
Steve

It still doesn't work,I think this is because of a web service error

Hello shenwei,
Console in (serial) and after login, type Shift X (capital X) and enter and you should break out to the linux prompt
Then run
./netbotz_app/reset.sh
Close out and then again serial in and set up the IP again.

P.S.
If you forgot the root password, the manual has a physical reset for that:
