Is it possible to change fiber optic path panel port numbering order? By default numbering goes from left to right and from up to down. Needed port numbering from up to down and from left to right.

Unfortunately there is no way to customize port ordering - perhaps using the Description filed could provide some info about the real setup. Content of the description filed would also be displayed in the Network Management tab:
