We have a new ACRC301S, and there is a 2 warnings "Fan Power Supply 1 Current Sense Error Detected" and "Fan Power Supply 2 Current Sense Error Detected":. How to resolve this issue ?
I have read "Operations and Maintenance", but there is only suggestion to contact Schneider Electric Customer Support.
Thank you.

Have you verified that everything is actually working correctly? To me it sounds like there is an issue with power to fans 1 & 2 on your in-row cooler.

Michael, Thank you for your answer.
We have receive it already assembled. We just connected the pipes and power.
What should I check in order to detect root cause ?

Just to clarify. This is an error you got at first startup of a new system or is this an error that occurred on a system that has been in operation without issue until recently? If on a new install and first start up go thru and make sure all leads(wires) to/from the fans are connected and secure. If on a system that has been in use, double check the same and then maybe meter out the power draw on the fans to rule out that they are not overloading (drawing more than spec) the power. Or maybe there is a sensor that is faulty.

Michael.
Warning appears after first startup. I'll try to check cabling from/to Fans.
But is it possible that fully assembled Inrow AC will have issue like this.
in our case 2 of 5 ACRC301S have the same problem.

It can happen on first startup usually due to the shipping of the units (rough handing during the shipping process) can sometimes cause loose connections etc. But they should be under warranty since these are a new install so if need be call Schneider support and have them get it fixed.

Looks like the Fan Power Rectifiers are Faulty, but all indicators are in solid green state.
We have changed with other (working without alarms) Rectifiers and alarms disappears.
