Failed to parse bundle 8.0.0

While upgrading from 7.9.3 to 8.0.0, DCE is unable to parse the package. After inspecting the nbcpkg.lst, it doesn't contain the NBCCore/8.0.0 path.

The SHA1 does match. Does the nbcpkg.lst file contain a checksum to verify the package as well?

Error message :

Failed to parse bundle /data/tmp/upgrade/upgrade-8.0.0.154a.zip missing package index entry nbcpkg.lst

Hello @jdexter,

Can you provide a screen capture of the zip file, checksum validation, and also of the error in the client?  I was able to download the upgrade file, verify the checksum, and see the necessary nbcpkg.lst in the zip file.  If the checksum of the zip file matches that which is on the download page, the necessary files are already present in the zip file for upgrading.

Just as a note in case it is related, starting with version 8.0.0 you do not unzip the upgrade zip file.  The client takes the zip file directly now with no need to navigate to the nbcpkg.lst file in the upgrade prompt.

Kind Regards,

Cory
