HI
After installation of DCO 7.5 in virtual machine according to the instruction, i can ping dco vm machine and can access webmin through web browser but i cannot access and download DCO client software. I have attached error snapshot with this email. kinldy help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Imran, What do you see if you go to the Status page in Webmin ? Can you sent us a screenshot of that? Have you verified that all the ports required are open? Hi Jesper i will send you status page screenshot tomorrow,but all ports are open because when i install same on physical machine its working normal. I can view client in web browser and able to download as well. this problem is only when i install on VM machine. BR Imran

Hi Imran, Based on the two screen shots that you have already provided, being that there is no StruxureWare DC Operation menu within Webmin has led me to believe that Operation did not install correctly. Did you run an MD5 checksum on the Operation .iso file to verify that you have a good clean download? What resources have you allocated to the server? Did you create any additional Webmin users without Operation permission levels? Thanks Victor

Based on the information provided it looks like Data Center Operation hasn't been correctly installed. You might want to consider reinstalling. This might be faster than doing more troubleshooting. Please make sure you follow our recommendation to ensure a successful installation, if you decide to reinstall.
