Hi Norberto,
I would go for a fresh/clean installation of DCO and then restoring the latest successful backup file.
If not running the latest version already, then go for DCO 8.0.4 - specially if you should be running 8.0.0. There is a known issue with 8.0.0, that log files can grow in some setups and potentially can take up all disc space.
The scheduled daily backup files usually located on the local disc "/data/backup" folder, and can be accessed/downloaded either via server Webmin interface or by using tools such as WinSCP.
For the installation, at least 100 GB storage/disc space is the minimum recommendation.
Kind regards

Hi Norberto,
Sounds great that it's working now. But this is a new issue and could have been posted as a new community post/"question" 😀 I would be happy to look into this PUE issue. Would iit be possible to ask for the following data:
. latest backup file
. server logs (can be downloaded from webmin interface: StruxureWare DC Operation > Download Log Files > "Download log file")
I will send you an invite to my =S= box, so the files can be safely shared with me, thanks.
Kind regards

Hi Jef
I delete and create the partition of hard disk then install the DCO ver 8.0
I can calculate the PUE in dashboard
Is it necessary to wait days to see the history of the PUE? (see image of DCE integration)
I don´t see any errors at the configuration of PUE
Please tell me your email and I will send you the information you request
Thanks you

Hi Norberto,
I have studied the kindly provided data, and it seems the latest calculated PUE's have been on 2017-03-02 02:30, and then the calculation have not been successful. That seems to be basically due to:
the failing script apparently associated to "UPS RAMAL"
error in scripts for "Consumo Ramal A + externo" and "UPS Ramal B + externos"
Furthermore, the 'Typical PU' and 'Usable fraction of nameplate w/o derating' seems to be mis-configured for the Switch gear in the EE energy system (they should not be set to zero), you might want to change the Typical PU to 2 and the Usable fraction of nameplate w/o derating to 1.
PS: currently the "Evaluate Energy System" may display "No data" (as you have illustrated) if the system is not properly setup.
Kind regards
