Energy Efficiency in IT Advisor

Hello,

is it available the module Energy Efficiency in IT Advisor? If it is available, is it possible to configure different PUEs importing data from a configured ETL?

We have measurements data in an external SQL database and we would like to use this data to configure PUE in IT Advisor.

Hello

Energy Efficiency is currently not offered in the IT Advisor (ITA) releases. It is possible to create an overall PUE for your ITA solution, but not on a per room basis.

I expect some of the Energy Efficiency functionality will return to ITA in a future release but there is no planned time frame for that delivery.

and is it possible to do that in DCO? I mean to import measurement data from a external data base with an ETL import configuration and then use this data to configure Energy Efficiency.

Yes, DCO does support the Energy Efficiency module so calculating per room PUE is possible.

I should add it is possible with DCO, but if you were to upgrade to ITA afterward, that PUE information would be lost.

You can expect to see the return of some EE like features in a future ITA release. At this time there are no specific dates or release info we can share other than work on this topic is expected in 2021, but this is still subject to change.

Please feel free to follow-up with us late in 2020 as perhaps by then we'll have a clearer picture of the timeline.
