Hello Erlinson
Energy Efficiency is available on all recent versions of DCO assuming the installation includes the energy efficiency license. The availability of EE ends with DCO 8.3.x as these are the final releases of DCO.
Energy Efficiency functionality is currently not part of the IT Advisor (ITA) releases. If you have an existing customer using Energy Efficiency they should remain on DCO 8.3.x.
While product management expects to re-evaluate how and if EE like functionality will appear in ITA no time table has been set.

Hello Mr. Sterling,
I understand well? is the 8.3.x the "end" release of DCO? Are you talking about the "latest" one or a product change in the near future (due the ITA development)?
Thanks for your commentaries.
Regards,

DCO 8.3.x is the latest official release of DCO.
Customers with an active support contract can upgrade to IT Advisor 9.0.x as part of their support contract as ITA offers an on-premise version as well as a hosted version (hosted by Schneider). All new product features are being added to ITA only.
ITA does not offer energy efficiency.
If the customer uses Data Center Expert, ETL jobs/tasks, or IT Optimize, then they should consider ITA on-premise as these items are not supported in the hosted version of ITA.
Hope this helps.

Hello Mr. Sterling,
Thank you very much for your commentaries, the situation of DCO an ITA are clear for me now, can you guide me for get an official SE repport, letter or any document that I can use like support for my customers? They are just receiving their DCE, DCO, DCO-DR, DCO-Capacity, DCO-Change and SWDC Portal installation and I need to prepare them for the next upgrade in the near future because they`re a big datacenter (Tier-III) and just started only the 1/4 part of it.
Best regards,
PD: Please excuse me if my questions are elementary but.. I prefer do that and not assume the answers...

I would suggest you refer to your sales team for the literature. There is information available for the Ecostruxure products at https://ecostruxureit.com/ and more specifically ITA here https://ecostruxureit.com/ecostruxure-it-advisor/ but from a literature standpoint I'd recommend leveraging your sales team.
