Ecostruxure Gateway IT - Alarms Criticality

I need to know the "time delay" for "alarm posting" in the "EAA IT" platform once they are generated in the equipment (UPS, inROW, PDU....) itself. That is to say, when an alarm is generated in a UPS (for instance), the "IT Gateway" has some programmed delay to post it in the "EAA-IT Platform"?

Re: Ecostruxure Gateway IT - Alarms Criticality

You will only receive notifications on critical alarms when you connect a Gateway and subscribe to IT Expert or you subscribe devices to Asset Advisor.

EcoStruxure IT Expert from Schneider Electric is the industry's first vendor-neutral, As it's a cloud-based platform, you only require an account and a gateway alarm status, critical and warning alarms, latest alarms, and critical alarm history.
