Hi, I'm having a problem with my EcoStruxure IT installation. It isn't reponding remotely to web requests and when I try to launch it from the server it is running on I get an error saying that the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable. I'm not sure what to do next, but I can't access my Gateway.

I guess if the program failed to install properly, you could try to manually remove it and re-install.
If the standard approach to uninstalling it does not work, try using this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-r...
Advise a reboot between uninstallation and re-installation.
If it still doesn't work, you should open up a support ticket and get someone with more insight into the foibles of the software to help.

It is now giving me a login page, but the password I have on file isn't working. Is there a back door anyone is aware of?
