Hi all!
I use latest version 1.0.45 of the EcoStruxure IT mobile app for Android and DCE-7.5.0 software. The DCE-server is connected to the cloud service EcoStruxure IT and through the mobile app I can see the status of the Symmetra PX250/500 UPS's.
But in the mobile app, probably because of the bug, the power factor measurement unit is displayed as "Unknown":
Can someone from the support team explain the reason for this?
Very thanks for the support.

Hi,
I don't have a definitive answer, but for me this looks like a bug where the app is trying to display units (kW, mm, cm etc...) for the reading, but because PF doesn't have any "units" it's displaying unknown instead.
i could be entirely wrong but that's how i interpret it!

Dear Alastair Macleod,
That's why I created this topic to hear support team and have hope that this bug will soon be fixed 😀.
In addition, the above bug is inherent in all numeric device sensors from DCE, that do not have a unit of measurement (for example, the number of batteries or the level of redundancy of the UPS etc).
With respect.
