[EcoStruxure IT] PingID login on Mobile Devices

Hi,

I've installed EcoStruxure IT on my mobile phone (latest iOS).

One of the features highlighted on the EcoStruxure Webinar was PingID login. I've PingID installed on my phone and I can use it without issues with other =SE= applications. Unfortunately it's not working for EcoStruxure IT. Every time I need to login - I need to use my =SE= e-mail address (which is not the shortest e-mail address in the world). 😀

Can I ask how can use PingID app to login into EcoStruxure IT on my mobile device?

Any help would be appreciated.

I highly recommend, that you open a support ticket from your EcoStruxure IT for iOS mobile app. This should greatly speed up the resolution of your problem.

It appears that PingID is not used for EcoStruxure IT app. It is used for other =S= apps.
