Hi

Does APC not have a single platform that I can monitor smart online ups's (for example SMT1500IC) , traditional ups's with nmc (for example SRT5KRMXLI with an embedded nmc) and PDU's with a network adapter and ATS devices with a network adapter?

Is  EcoStruxure™ IT Expert  capable of monitoing all the devices in the list above?

That's right, of course it is compatible and not only with native =SE= devices, but also with a huge number of 3rd party devices. The first link you sent takes me to general overview page

The second link you sent seems to be about a 'EcoStruxure IT Gateway', I am not sure what this is, it seems to be be some other product.

The third link talks about 3rd party devices, I am only looking for APC comatiblity right now.

I just need a 100% clear answer if I can monitor

• APC smart online ups's (for example SMT1500IC)
• APC traditional ups's with nmc (for example SRT5KRMXLI with an embedded nmc)
• APC PDU's with a network adapter
• APC ATS devices with a network adapter

Hello @BWIT ,

there is a solution named EcoStruxure™ IT Expert available in cloud with phone app  but you need to install a linux/windows gateway application in order to transfer data between equipment and Schneider cloud

- yearly subscription per device 

- mobile app

and another software EcoStruxure™ IT Data Center Expert available on premise as a appliance or virtual machine vmware/hyper-v 

- pay appliance or VM with 25 devices included(you can buy extra) and yearly support 

- no mobile app and monitoring only via web/client with notifications by email or SMS with optional gateway

from your list, all are supported by default.....
