EcoStruxure IT Advisor on-premises - 9.1.0. upgrade requirement

To all EcoStruxure IT Advisor on-premises customers –

You will be able to upgrade to IT Advisor 9.1.0 shortly. This version is a major software release involving a database upgrade for security and performance improvements, and will therefore require you to perform a clean installation.

Please contact your Schneider Electric representative if you would like to learn more about this upgrade.

EcoStruxure IT Advisor 9.1.0 has been released.

So basically upgrade to ITA 9.1.0 may require these steps:

a) clean installation of ITA 9.1.0

b) and then restoring the latest backup file from the production setup (8.3x/9.0.x)

As usual, it is recommend to run a test (on a test setup) before removing the production setup.

In general providing the ITA product download link(s) requires that we verify if the requester/customer is holding a valid support contract. You can email your request to support@ecostruxureit.com and please remember to include your DCO/ITA software support/service contract number as well.
