Hello Miguel
StruxureWare Portal is not supported with IT Advisor.
We are currently directing customers who have a need for dashboarding to contact the ACS team who can work with customers to develop a custom dashboard to fit their requirements or customers who have existing dashboard tools they use for other business purposes can consider integrating data from IT Advisor into their existing dashboard tools using ITA's RESTapi and/or ETL export database features.
This position may change later this year.
Regard
Greg Sterling

Java is installed in both cases when ITA is used. The ITA server has java installed on it as the ITA application running on the server uses java.
The ITA desktop client also installs a java JRE in its client installation folder. The ITA desktop client I have installed for ITA 9.1.x includes the JRE build 1.8.0_221
Regards
Greg Sterling
