EcoStructure IT for Partners questions

I am a one-person MSP who only after researching the new AP9640 NMC3 cards realized I could manage and maintain my SMBs' fleet via EcoStruxure IT for Partners.

Because none (repeat none) of my clients manage their IT infrastructure - that's my job - I was wondering how to set up their accounts under the partner umbrella.

Can I use an email address built under my domain for the contact? For example: myfirstname_clientname@mydomain.com

Can I use my cellphone number for all clients to enable SMS validation? I don't know if phone number is one of those unique fields for the database and would hate to not be able to use it repeatedly.

Does anyone who has set this up as a pure-play MSP offering got any advice to avoid potential headaches or bottlenecks?
