Hi team,
we had an ETL configured to import assets in DCO and after migrating to IT Advisor is not working. We are checking if something has changed in the CMDB export process, but it seems that everything is the same.
Do we have to change anything in IT Advisor? It seems that the ETL is working, but it does not import anything.
We are working with Spoon 5 in Pentaho, Can we work with a newest version? We tried with Spoon 9 and it did not work.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Jef,
we deleted the ETL and created it again with the same configuration and now its working. So the problem has been solved.
Thanks!
